All prices quoted are per room per night based on one or two people sharing and are inclusive of your selections from our excellent breakfast menu

All of our rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Payment by cash and credit/debit cards. Cheques can be accepted but only by prior arrangement

A deposit equivalent to the first night stay is required to secure the reservation, payable by credit or debit card

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:

For cancellation more than 28 days prior to the date of arrival, the booking deposit will be refunded less a £20 administration fee.
For cancellation between 28 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-let. In this case the booking deposit will be refunded less a £20 administration fee.
For cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the date of arrival, a charge of 50% of the total booking will be made unless the room is re-let. In this case the booking deposit will be refunded less a £20 administration fee.
For cancellation 7 days or less before the date of arrival (or for failure to turn up), the full amount for all nights booked will be charged unless the room is re-let. In this case the booking deposit will be refunded less a £20 administration fee

As any booking constitutes a legally binding agreement it is recommended that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation in the event of any unforeseen circumstance.
